I design experiences which are purposeful, practical, and aligned with performance outcomes. I bring years of experience with structured yet accessible approach to learning design. Through my interventions, I ensure the products I create are world-class and support the business to scale.
I start every week with a few questions to myself: What should be done differently next week at work? What should be my conversation with the stakeholders on XYZ? Not what they should know—what we can do together. This changes everything. Paths are carved. Practicing it becomes central every week.
If things are unclear, I don’t proceed without spending extra time on solutions. Steering conversations in the right direction is crucial to the projects I work on as an #InstructionalDesigner.
