With more than 17 years of professional experience, including over 5 years in the field of learning and development, I have a successful history of creating engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences. In my current role, I collaborate with subject matter experts to design theme-based learning materials for online and hybrid training programs. As a creative problem-solver, I enjoy researching and utilizing the best ideas and resources to produce high-quality learning assets, such as videos, infographics, emailers, and microsites. To stay current with industry trends and improve my design approach, I actively seek out opportunities to learn new skills and technologies and welcome constructive feedback.
In 2017, I transitioned from classroom education to instructional design for e-learning to pursue my dreams and to get started with Educational and Performance Technology. Since then, I never looked back.
Tell your worries to a paper, in case you know there’s no one to lend their ears.

My journey as Educator and my Bachelor of Education course sowed the seeds in me to becoming an Instructional Designer in the year 2010. Although the learners are now behind the screen, sitting in their homes or offices or learning on-the-go, there is a big difference which sets challenges to do a lot more research about the learners and thus solve their existing problems.
