The online content does not appear from heaven; it is created by teachers, educators, curriculum experts and all whose lives revolve around education, teaching and training.
YouTube or Khan academy, Coursera or Unacademy, they are media that make great content from great educators reach learners.
We deserve to earn, our work deserves pay and respect both at the same time.

You are so correct in stating this. In the olden days, in fact, respect also came, along with payment. Of course, we cannot expect those values to come back.
But we need to keep our heads high. Only then there will be a realisation among others.
