I Quote Today

You may resonate with a 6 year old and you may even resonate with a 106 year old. It is also possible that you may not resonate with the person of your own age. Don’t take age into consideration while making connections, relations, friendships and while seeking learning.

My Tips For All (short read)

✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️

Here’s a tip for all Content- Instructional Designers, content writers and whichever kind of writing You do or want to do.

When you do not know what to put up on paper or on screen, consider:

  • the aim and objective of writing
  • the meaning and definition
  • the why, how and when of a topic
  • the category of your theme
  • the cause, effect and the reason
  • the small or big impact
  • the positive and negative aspect
  • the symptoms, treatment and prevention
  • the problem and the solution
  • the location
  • the data
  • the level of the audience
  • the language

Following these golden tips, your content would get a structure.

Of course, in every writ, all these points are not necessary to be incorporated.

But, it will surely help you to develop a work of your own.

Objectives

👩‍💻

You cannot start a work without an objective.

This is true for every field. Right?
This means that your lessons your work will have a suitable conclusions also. Without conclusions your story doesn’t seem to be complete.

Same goes on with your life as well. Your life has a beginning and it has an end. The beginning of your life consists of collection of information that happens naturally. You learn and then you apply it, which is the “body” of your story. By the time you are old, your work is done—there is a realisation of completeness.

Not just life, this happens every day as well. A beginning, peak hours and end of the day.
Do you believe in completeness?

A poem salute to all the labourers who toil and build a nation.

First read, then speak

📖

To some people,

You can read awful FB posts, chit chat on WhatsApp, spend hours on insta but why can’t you read simple instructions that, by rule, are necessary to be read?!!!

*Facepalm

Would you be able to state while getting hired, during interviews, that “I know this and that application, I know so and so techniques, I am highly skilled at what you want….but there is a condition, I refuse to read. I refuse to read simple instructions. I depend only on an oral walkthrough.”

No, you won’t say that. You know you won’t get hired. Even if you are, you might be tricked later!!!

So, it is better to start reading and then asking for clarity.

If you have a kid, would you like his/her teacher teaching things orally, just in air, without books, without words on screen/paper? I guess, NO.

So, read. It will help you with everything, it will help to progress.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING to your task.

If (Rudyard Kipling)

Never lose your common touch
Never let your ego overpower you
Never expect from anyone way too much
Never become anyone else other than ‘you’

——————————

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

Why I Write When I Write

✍️📝📖

I write for myself,

I write for others,

I write for kids,

I write for readers.

✍️

I write in the day,

I write at night,

I write when half-asleep,

I write when want to go deep.

✍️

I write with pen,

I write with keyboard,

I write in thoughts,

I write on blogs.

✍️

I write to open eyes,

I write to bust lies,

I write for fun,

I write on the run.

✍️

I write not because I like it.

I write because I desire it.

I write it when I feel I should.

I write to turn my mood good.

Happy Without Humans

🌴🌊☀️🐵🦡🦎🐍🐟🦐🦞🐬🐥🐞🐛

The walls are silent

And so are the hedges.

No one knocks at the door.

Nor crosses the path.

Silence, now indeed golden,

Prevails in chaotic hearts.

🦋

Stairs and porches,

Balconies and terraces,

And lanes, in silence.

Tea shops and cafes,

The benches in the park,

All awaiting a glimpse of human spark.

🦋

Nature on the contrary,

Has its own story.

Thanking the absence

Of wanderers and the ignorance.

At last, it has found its life,

Achieving a much sought balance.

🦋

Ahh! You humans!

Why do you fuss?

Look, the birds and insects,

And multi-legged creepies,

The hoppers, the swimmers,

Are all grateful to the virus!
